Over the course of the about 20-30 hours of this video series, Dr. Dave takes his 40 years of experience in physical therapy and nutrition and distills it to key points anyone can follow. It’s hard to find clear, well-researched, and unbiased coverage of these topics on your own, but Dave provides just that. Dave provides key context into why nutrition matters and where we’ve gone wrong with dieting and mathematizing every little piece of our food. He covers that there are only two numbers to focus on: at least 30g of fiber and less than 30g of sugar per day. He also reminds you that it’s a marathon and not a sprint and perfectionism isn’t the goal or sustainable. Following his explanations of the “why”, Dave provides the “how”, and gives recommendations, in tiers, of which specific products you should focus on. Following all of this, he is available for individual counseling. Overall, it was time well spent!
